Where We Come In
Most of our work sits at the points where money gets committed: a study gate, a final investment decision, a funding release or a project part way through that needs an independent look before the next commitment.
We look at the project as a whole: the technical and engineering basis of the study, the estimate and schedule built on it, the risk and contingency, the contracting strategy and whether the owner's team can deliver it. We check each part on its own and then together, and report back with one view and the evidence attached.
